Physical Fitness Questions to be answered by 7th and 8th Graders in conjunction with the Math departments. Each question to be answered based on %’s.
ANSWER QUESTIONS WHICH PERTAIN TO YOUR GENDER ONLY.
There were 80 BOYS completing all 4 Fitness Tests. There were 63 GIRLS completing all 4 Fitness Tests
BOYS : 1) 1 Mile Run = 65 qualified. What is the % of qualifiers?
2) Sit and Reach = 63 qualified. What is the % of qualifiers?
3) Push-ups = 71 qualified. What is the % of qualifiers?
4) Curl-ups = 79 qualified. What is the % of qualifiers?
QUALIFYING in ALL 4 Tests = 53 . What is the % of qualifiers?
GIRLS : 1) 1 Mile Run = 51 qualified. What is the % of qualifiers?
2) Sit and Reach = 56 qualified. What is the % of qualifiers?
3) Push-ups = 55 qualified. What is the % of qualifiers?
4) Curl-ups = 63 qualified. What is the % of qualifiers?
QUALIFYING in ALL 4 Tests = 43. What is the % of qualifiers?
CONGRATULATIONS to B/E period 5 (8th grade) and C/F period 7 (7th grade) classes for scoring the highest success % rate for above assignment. Their accomplishment results in a homework pass in Math classes (Red/Blue and Green) as well as an “excused from P.E.” pass to be used ONCE between now and the end of the school yr.
